Brand North ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit brandnorth.com, contact us, or when we manage advertising on behalf of our clients, including through our Meta app "BN Ads API".
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us or request a proposal.
- Client advertising data: when a client authorizes us, we access their advertising accounts (for example Meta and Google Ads) to create and manage campaigns and report results. This includes campaign settings, ad creative, budgets and performance metrics.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and to keep our services working.
How we use Meta (Facebook) platform data
Our app "BN Ads API" uses the Meta Marketing API only to manage the advertising accounts, Pages and ads that our clients have authorized us to manage: creating and editing campaigns, ad sets and ads, uploading client-approved creative, and reading performance data for reporting. We do not use Meta platform data for any other purpose, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except our client who owns the account.
How we use information
- To deliver the services our clients hire us for.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To keep our systems secure and comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the client who owns the relevant account, with service providers that help us run our business under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations. Client advertising data stays in the client's own advertising accounts. We keep reports for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period after.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and least-privilege access to protect the information we handle.
Data deletion
To ask us to delete information we hold about you, or to remove our access to your advertising accounts, email info@brandnorth.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. You can also remove our app's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, or in Meta Business Settings.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
